At Shangye Trade Co. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), we aim to ensure efficient order processing, reliable delivery, and the satisfaction of all customers. This Shipping & Refund Policy (“Policy”) explains how we handle product shipping, delivery, and refund requests.

1. Order Processing

All product inquiries and orders are processed through our sales team after receiving your request via the contact form on our website or through direct communication with our managers.

Once an order is confirmed, our team will provide you with a proforma invoice, estimated delivery time, and shipping details. Order processing time may vary depending on product availability, order size, and destination.

2. Shipping

We coordinate shipments through reliable international freight and logistics partners. Shipping methods, carriers, and transportation terms (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW) are confirmed individually with each customer before finalizing the order.

Delivery times depend on the destination, shipping method, and customs procedures of the destination country. While we make every effort to meet agreed delivery timelines, delays caused by external factors (such as customs clearance, transport issues, or force majeure events) are beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are not included in the product price unless otherwise specified in the quotation. All applicable freight charges, insurance, and customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Order Modifications and Cancellations

Once production or shipment has begun, orders cannot be modified or cancelled. Requests for changes must be submitted in writing within 48 hours after order confirmation.

5. Returns and Refunds

Since our transactions are handled through direct agreements and formal quotations, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once the goods have been inspected and accepted by the buyer or by the buyer’s appointed agent.

However, in the rare case of verified manufacturing defects or shipping damage identified upon delivery, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. Our team will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution — which may include replacement, repair, or partial refund.

6. Damaged or Missing Goods

Customers must inspect all goods upon delivery. If you notice damage, shortages, or discrepancies, please note them on the delivery receipt and notify us immediately with photographic evidence. Claims submitted after the inspection period may not be accepted.
